Exchanges & Refunds
Toetum Kids have a "no problem" return policy. If you wish to return or exchange something for any reason within 30 days we will happily do so provided the returned item/s are unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging including the receipt. Please note that the original delivery charge will not be refunded and the return charge will be at your expense.
For exchanges please enclose a self addressed pre-paid satchel for us to send you the replacement items.
Unfortunately on occasions faulty goods do get past our team, should this occur please contact us immediately so we can resolve the problem with you and work out the best solution with and exchange or full refund. Contact us at Info@toetum.com
