 Toetum Kids provides access to the Toetum Kids website (the "website") and sells product to you subject to the Terms and Conditions set out on this page. Please read these carefully before using the website, as by accessing, browsing or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions of Use. We ammend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any ammendment will become effective immediately.

1.Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. Your password should be kept confidential and secure at all times. If you believe a violation has occurred or your password has become known to another person,and has the potential to be used in an unauthorised manner, please inform us immediately.

Toetum Kids reserves the right to refuse access to the website, remove and edit content, terminate accounts and cancel orders at our discretion. If an order is cancelled, it will be without charge to you.

3. Access To The Toetum Kids Website

Toetum Kids endeavours to ensure that the availability of the website is uninterrupted and error free. Due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Access to our website will occasionally be suspended or restricted due to maintainence or repairs but we will try and keep this to a minimum.

4.Pricing

All pricing is in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS and includes GST and other sales taxes ( if any) as well as any costs associated with additional services and delivering the products to you.

Toetum Kids reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice.

5.Ordering

Ordering can be done via our secure online website with payment options or via the phone to our office (+612 96809005)

Payment must be made in full by authorising Toetum Kids to charge your Credit Card OR Paypal Account.

While we endeavour to fulfil your order on occasions we may be out of stock of a product. Should this happen we will contact you immediately with alternatives or offer you a full refund.

6.Exchanges & Refunds

Toetum Kids have a "no problem" return policy. If you wish to return or exchange something for any reason within 30 days we will happily do so provided the returned item/s are unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging including the receipt. Please note that the original delivery charge will not be refunded and the return charge will be at your expense.

For exchanges please enclose a self addressed pre-paid satchel for us to send you the replacement items.

7. Faulty Goods

Unfortunately on occasions faulty goods do get past our team, should this occur please contact us immediately so we can resolve the problem with you and work out the best solution with and exchange or full refund. Contact us at Info@toetum.com

Toetum Kids and other marks indicated on our website are registered trademarks of Toetum Kids in Australia and/or other jurisdictions.

Toetum Kids graphics, logos and page headers etc are registered trademarks of Toetum Kids. Toetum Kids trademarks may not be used in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among our customers or in any manner that discredits Toetum Kids.
